What a glorious day it is, sunshine in the Arizona desert (as always). The wildflowers are blooming all around our home, and a fresh batch of bunnies, quail and dove are growing fatter in our front yard.

Recently, I updated our living room with a really fantastic product from Bioshield paint company.

It is their Clay based paint, which I have desired to try out for years, and finally pulled the trigger on it. It is marketed as a healthy indoor paint for those of us who are highly sensitive to chemicals in modern fabrication and manufacturing processes.

I have got to say, it was MARVELOUS to use. We chose a sea green color to paint over our Swiss coffee white wall, and after the first coat it was already looking fantastic. It covered really well with the second coat and I could have left it there, but I wanted to see how it "transformed" with a third coat. Well, that third coat really added some tremendous depth to the color.

AND, absolutely NO paint fumes or odor while painting, while it was drying, and even now.

I will definitely be using it throughout more projects and can't wait to try the glazing for using it in a bathroom area.
